???? Who We Are
Serving Those Who Served Us
At Homeless Veterans, we are driven by a powerful mission: to honor and support the brave men and women who have served our country by helping them reclaim their lives. We are a nonprofit organization based in Macomb, Oklahoma, committed to providing safe shelter, access to healthcare, job training programs, and career development opportunities for homeless and at-risk veterans.
???? Our Purpose
We aim to break the cycle of homelessness among veterans by offering comprehensive, veteran-centered support. From the moment a veteran walks through our doors, they’re met with compassion, respect, and the resources needed to build a brighter future.
???? Our Story
From Service to Struggle — And Back Again.
Homeless Veterans was born out of a deep recognition of a painful truth — too many of our nation’s heroes are fighting battles long after leaving the battlefield. Veterans who once served with courage and honor now find themselves facing homelessness, unemployment, trauma, and a lack of support. We knew something had to change. So, we decided to act.
???? The Beginning
Our journey began with a simple, powerful question:
“What happens to the brave after the war ends?”
It started when our founder, a former service member, encountered a fellow veteran sleeping on a park bench. That conversation led to the realization that while parades and thank-yous are meaningful, they’re not enough. What our veterans truly need is a place to feel safe, access to healthcare, and opportunities to rebuild their lives with dignity.
That spark led to the creation of Homeless Veterans — an organization built to honor service with action, and gratitude with resources. What began as a grassroots effort soon evolved into a growing mission touching hundreds of lives.

????️ What We Do Today
We are now a full-scale nonprofit organization based in Macomb, Oklahoma, dedicated to offering safe shelter, healthcare services, job training, and career development for veterans experiencing homelessness.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every veteran’s journey is different, which is why we meet each individual where they are — with open arms, real resources, and a long-term plan tailored to their success.
Our work is not just about giving — it’s about empowering veterans to take their next step forward, however that looks for them.
❤️ Why We Do It
Because no veteran should ever have to choose between food and rent.
Because the sacrifice of service shouldn’t be followed by a life on the streets.
Because we owe more than thanks — we owe a chance at recovery, stability, and purpose.
We do it because every life we help change is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. And because we know that behind every uniform is a human story — one worth fighting for.

???? Our Community, Our Strength
Our strength lies in our community — in every donor, volunteer, caseworker, and supporter who believes in this mission. Together, we form a network of care, ready to lift our veterans out of hardship and walk beside them toward a better future.
With every hand extended, every meal served, every job secured, we are rebuilding more than lives — we are rebuilding hope.
???? Moving Forward
Our story is still being written, every day, by the veterans we serve and the people who support us. With your help, we will continue to expand our reach, deepen our impact, and ensure that no veteran is ever forgotten or left behind.
Join us. Be part of the story.
Because every veteran deserves a new beginning.

???? Together, We Can Make a Difference
At Homeless Veterans, our mission goes beyond providing shelter — it’s about empowering our heroes to reclaim their independence and dignity. Through comprehensive services, compassionate care, and unwavering support, we are committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness for those who have served our country.
But we cannot do it alone. With your support, we can continue to create a future where every veteran has a place to call home, a job they’re proud of, and the health and stability they deserve.
